01 / THE APPROACH

Why this approach?

A bold surface statement.

01 / A DEFINED SURFACE PRINTRubber printing applies a prepared print paste through a screen and cures it on a suitable textile. It can create an opaque, tactile graphic, but thickness and feel depend on the ink deposit, artwork, fabric and curing setup. Confirm the desired effect with a test.
02 / WHAT THE GARMENT BRIEF NEEDSSend graphic dimensions, colour count, exact chest/sleeve/back position, garment composition and quantity by design. Fine detail and large solid areas need particular attention because they can change coverage and hand feel. A colour reference helps when matching existing branding.
03 / TRIAL AND RUN PLANNINGTest the intended garment to review opacity, texture, placement and finish. Screen preparation and curing requirements affect the quotation and schedule. Garment print quantities are assessed for the job, rather than using the general fabric-roll 5-metre minimum or roll width claim.

06 / START A PROJECT

Send a clear print brief.

Share the fabric composition and width, artwork (TIFF or PDF at 300 DPI in RGB), final print size (W × H), quantity, colour reference, intended use and delivery destination. We will discuss a suitable method and sample plan for your order.
