01 / THE APPROACH

Why this approach?

Graphics placed where they belong.

DTF printing transfers prepared graphics onto suitable garments or fabric pieces. Artwork size, placement, film and adhesive behaviour, fabric composition and care expectations should be tested together.

05 / PROCESS & QUALITY

From brief to approved print.

MD Digital Fabric Printing reviews the artwork, chosen fabric and application before recommending a printing route. Sampling helps align colour, detail and finish; the agreed result guides production and inspection.

Based in Ahmedabad, we support B2B enquiries from India and worldwide. For export-oriented orders, share the destination and packing requirements early so the production handoff can be planned.

01 / PLAN THE GRAPHIC ON THE GARMENTDirect-to-film creates a graphic on film which is transferred to a suitable garment with heat. Share the final print width × height, placement relative to the garment, quantity by size and colour, and whether the base is light or dark. The transfer is a surface graphic, not a printed fabric roll.
02 / MATERIAL AND ARTWORK CHECKFabric composition, heat tolerance, seams, stretch and the desired finish affect application. Send high-resolution artwork with clean edges at the physical print size; a transparent background can be useful for isolated graphics. Discuss special details and colour expectations before preparing transfers.
03 / TEST BEFORE A RUNA test transfer on the intended garment helps assess position, coverage, feel and compatibility after heat application. Confirm the graphic, garment and quantity after the trial. DTF is quoted for the transfer and application job; the 5-metre fabric-roll minimum and 44–120 inch roll width are not the terms for this process.

06 / START A PROJECT

Send a clear print brief.

Share the fabric composition and width, artwork (TIFF or PDF at 300 DPI in RGB), final print size (W × H), quantity, colour reference, intended use and delivery destination. We will discuss a suitable method and sample plan for your order.

07 / COMMON QUESTIONS

Before we begin.

Is DTF quoted in metres?

Garment graphics are normally discussed by pieces, with print size, garment material and order quantity. The 5-metre fabric sampling minimum does not automatically apply.

Can I test wash performance?

Yes. Approve a trial on the actual garment and check care and adhesion before a larger run.

Can you work with international buyers?

Yes. We handle B2B enquiries from India and worldwide. Share your destination, order scope and buyer specifications so dispatch requirements can be discussed.
