01 / THE APPROACH

Why this approach?

Continuity in every repeat.

Rotary printing is worth considering when a continuous pattern, repeat accuracy and run economics fit the job. Screen preparation and colour count need to be planned with the order.

01 / PLAN A TRUE CONTINUOUS REPEATRotary screen printing uses patterned cylindrical screens for a continuous textile design. Artwork repeat length and width, colour separations and screen preparation influence feasibility. A seamless digital tile alone does not establish whether a particular rotary screen specification can be made.
02 / WHAT THE BRIEF NEEDSSend the repeat artwork, intended printed width, fabric composition, colour count and metres required per colourway. Mark the direction of travel and any border or registration constraints. Physical colour references and an approved sample support the production conversation.
03 / SAMPLING AND COMMERCIAL FITScreen preparation and setup affect the practical run size and quotation. Do not assume the 5-metre digital sample minimum or every 44–120 inch width automatically applies to rotary. Ask the team to confirm available repeat, screen, material, sampling and quantity for the actual order.

06 / START A PROJECT

Send a clear print brief.

Share the fabric composition and width, artwork (TIFF or PDF at 300 DPI in RGB), final print size (W × H), quantity, colour reference, intended use and delivery destination. We will discuss a suitable method and sample plan for your order.
