01 / THE APPROACH

Why this approach?

Place every motif with intention.

Position printing gives a motif a specific location and size instead of repeating it across the full length of fabric. It is valuable when the final cut, seam and garment shape determine where the design must appear.

01 / POSITION BEFORE PRODUCTIONA placement design is planned against the finished panel or garment pattern. Provide a diagram with distances from the cut edge, intended orientation and the number of placements. Seam allowance, fabric movement and cutting requirements should be included in the brief.
02 / ARTWORK AND LAYOUTSend TIFF or PDF at 300 DPI in RGB at final motif width × height. Give panel dimensions, fabric composition, usable width and any front/back or left/right variants. A border is also measured from the relevant edge; it should not be treated as an all-over repeat.
03 / TRIAL AND APPROVALA placement trial checks motif scale, orientation and location on the intended fabric. Confirm the approved diagram and file revision before production. For qualifying fabric orders, the 5-metre starting quantity may apply; pieces, placements and exact print width must be reviewed for this job.

06 / START A PROJECT

Send a clear print brief.

Share the fabric composition and width, artwork (TIFF or PDF at 300 DPI in RGB), final print size (W × H), quantity, colour reference, intended use and delivery destination. We will discuss a suitable method and sample plan for your order.

07 / COMMON QUESTIONS

Before we begin.

How do I specify placement?

Send the finished panel or garment dimensions, exact artwork width and height, and a marked placement reference. A trial helps verify alignment after cutting.

Can I use different motifs in one order?

Discuss the quantity and artwork allocation for each motif before sampling.

Can you work with international buyers?

Yes. We handle B2B enquiries from India and worldwide. Share your destination, order scope and buyer specifications so dispatch requirements can be discussed.
